Thank you so much for choosing Otto Heating and Cooling LTD to complete your project! 


You may be wondering what needs to be done after the crew leaves your home. 


Our office is very diligent at registering equipment, following up with the City and gathering warranty information. 

Once the crew leaves your home, there is nothing you need to immediately do.


The office will contact you with the information needed for you to have years of peace of mind. We usually send these details by email within a week and includes the following:


1. Registration Information

2. Warranty Information (Will be with the registration information packet)

3. Permit Number if required for your equipment



Once you have this information, it is the homeowners responsibility to book the inspection with the City at a time convenient to you. Please do not call Lennox support or the City until you have received this information from us.


Although we would have your warranty and registration info on file for the future, we encourage you to start a file with these documents and any future service work to your equipment.
