Home Energy Assessment
 Eligible Common Upgrades

Get a Home Energy Assessment to get big rebates from Energy Efficiency Alberta. 


Home Assessment cost is $450.00 

Efficiency Alberta will prepay $300 of the assessment. 

Cost to you:

$172.50
If you live within the Edmonton Municipal Boundary, Edmonton will also  prepay $100 of the assessment. 

Cost to you:

$72.50

 

For example: 

While On-line Rebates can get you $75 on a new furnace with a high efficiency motor (ECM), a furnace install with an assessment can get you $600!  

With three or more eligible upgrades completed - Get an ADDITIONAL $1000!  


Once you've had your inspection, the rest is up to us.  

Otto Heating & Cooling will complete the rebate application for you!
